01Our commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We design with keyboard navigation, screen readers, color contrast and reduced motion in mind.

02Accessibility tools on this site

Use the accessibility button in the corner of every page to:

• Increase or decrease text size.
• Switch to high contrast or dark reading mode.
• Underline links, use a more readable font and increase text spacing.
• Pause animations, switch to grayscale and enlarge the cursor.

03Known limitations

Some third-party content, such as embedded maps, may not be fully accessible. We are working with providers to improve this.

04The salon itself

812 SE Morrison St, Suite 4 has a step-free entrance, a level floor throughout and an accessible restroom. Two styling chairs adjust in height for easier transfers, and the backwash basins have a reclining support. Tell us when booking if you would like one of those stations held.

We can lower the music, book you into a quieter part of the day, or split a long color appointment into shorter visits. Weekday mornings are our calmest hours.

05Sensory and communication support

We are happy to describe each step before it happens, skip the dryer or steamer if they are uncomfortable, and work from written notes if that is easier than conversation.
