01Agreement

02Use of this website
Content on this site is provided for general information. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or copy content for commercial use without permission.
03Quotes, estimates and bookings
Prices, estimates and availability shown online are indicative until confirmed in writing by our team. Final pricing depends on an assessment of your specific needs. Bookings are confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us.
04Cancellations
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any applicable cancellation terms will be explained when your booking is confirmed.
05Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
06Cancellations and no-shows
Move or cancel any appointment up to 24 hours before it starts at no charge. Inside 24 hours, or if you do not arrive, we may ask for 50 percent of the service price for color and bridal bookings. Wedding and group bookings carry their own deposit terms, confirmed in writing.
If we need to cancel on you, you owe nothing, and we will offer the next available time with the same stylist or another of your choice.
07Patch tests and declined services
Any first tint, lash or brow tint, or color service requires a patch test at least 48 hours beforehand, free of charge. Reactions to color can develop over time, so a long history of coloring is not a reason to skip it.
We will decline a treatment where it is not safe to perform, for example over broken or sunburned skin, an active infection, or a recent chemical peel. Where we decline, we suggest an alternative and nobody is charged for a service we did not perform.
08Gift cards
Gift cards are valid for three years from purchase, can be used on any service or product, and cannot be exchanged for cash. All prices and gift card values shown on this site are sample figures for a demo website.
09Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of OR.
