07Client cards and treatment notes

We keep a short client card for everyone who books with us. It holds your color formulas, the products used, and anything you have told us that affects a treatment, for example a skin sensitivity, an allergy or a medication that rules out a service.

It exists so your next visit does not begin with you repeating yourself, and so any stylist at the atelier can reproduce your color exactly. It is never shared outside the salon or used for marketing. Ask at the front desk and we will read it back to you, correct it or delete it.

08Appointment reminders

If you opt in when booking, we send one text the day before your appointment. There is no newsletter attached and no third party involved. Reply STOP at any time to end the reminders.
