For a first visit or a big change, yes. A free fifteen-minute consultation and strand test show us how your hair takes color and lets us price the plan honestly.

Tints and some color products can cause reactions. We patch test at least 48 hours before your first tint or color with us, and again if your health or medication changes.

Please give us 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations and no-shows for color or bridal appointments may be charged 50 percent, because the time was reserved for you alone.

Metered street parking runs along SE Morrison and SE Belmont, with free two-hour spots on the side streets. Bus line 15 stops a four-minute walk away.

Yes. We book a trial around six weeks ahead, and for parties of three or more we can travel to venues across the Portland metro area.

Yes, for any amount from $50 or for a named service. Gift cards are valid for three years and can be sent by email or picked up in a gift envelope.

Of course. Kids' cuts are available for under-12s, and there is a small basket of books by the front window for waiting siblings.
